Your job, alongside your team colleagues, will be to deliver an excellent MSK/ Pelvic Health Out-Patient and Orthopaedic In-patient Physiotherapy service. You will be working with our current team to ensure our patients receive timely assessment and rehabilitation. We’re looking for a dedicated individual, with caring and / or experience of rehabilitation, who is keen to work with our current team to deliver excellent care.
As a member of the Physiotherapy Support Worker Team, you will support the team to deliver care for out-patients following musculoskeletal injuries/ orthopaedic surgery, by providing walking aids and motivation to actively participate in their rehabilitation and recovery, during exercise and hydrotherapy sessions. There is also the opportunity to work alongside our PelvicHealth Team to deliver excellent post-natal care and our In-patient Orthopaedic Team, working with our patient’s immediately following Orthopaedic surgery. An important aspect of this role is your contribution to achieving high levels of Infection, Prevention and Control management, through shared house-keeping duties and stock ordering/ management.
