Job Title: Amazon Seller Central Expert
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing player in the wellness space, we are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Expert to join their team and drive growth across their Amazon marketplace.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and has a proven track record in managing and scaling Amazon operations. You will play a crucial role in refining the brand’s Amazon presence, optimising listings, and enhancing profitability through strategic advertising and marketplace tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon Account Management: Oversee all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including A+ content creation, brand registry processes, buy-box optimisation, case resolution, and safeguarding against infringements.
2. Optimise product listings and storefronts for maximum visibility and conversion, using SEO best practices, data insights, and A/B testing to continually improve.
3. Advertising & PPC Campaigns: Strategically manage Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions (Subscribe & Save, Prime Day, seasonal events), and drive revenue growth through well-executed advertising strategies.
4. Monitor FBA inventory levels, plan stock replenishments, and collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.
5. Analyse KPIs, develop actionable insights, and implement data-driven strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue.
6. Leverage Amazon’s tools to enhance product visibility, content quality, and user engagement, staying up to date with platform developments and best practices.
7. Performance Reporting: Provide clear weekly/monthly reporting on campaign performance, sales trends, and opportunities for optimisation, feeding insights back to leadership.
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, with strong expertise in A+ content, listing optimisation, and FBA operations. Familiarity with PAN FBA is highly advantageous.
2. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Amazon SEO, PPC campaign management, Microsoft tools, and content creation software.
3. Commercial Mindset: In-depth understanding of Amazon KPIs and performance metrics, with a keen focus on driving revenue and profitability.
4. Organisational Abilities: Highly organised and capable of managing multiple SKUs, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Analytical & Creative: Strong analytical approach with the ability to craft innovative strategies. A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to the evolving marketplace.
6. Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative attitude, able to align strategies with broader business objectives.
