We are seeking experienced candidates to manage residential homes
Locations: Birmingham
Working Pattern: Responsible for the maintenance of the service - Usual working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm although there is an expectation to be available outside of these hours to meet the needs of the service in emergency situations.
Salary: Subject to experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, including general building, joinery, tiling, painting, paving, external works, drainage works, and plumbing.
2. Conduct planned preventative building maintenance in line with set programmes.
3. Undertake general facilities support tasks, including furniture building and removals, grounds and site clearance, and maintaining cleanliness of areas.
4. Work individually or as part of a team to complete repair and maintenance tasks.
5. Manage and prioritise workload to complete repairs in a timely manner.
6. Use relevant IT systems to record all work undertaken and related expenditure.
7. Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles used for work purposes and maintain vehicle records.
8. Adhere to the company health and safety policy, identify hazards, and undertake point of work risk assessments.
9. Communicate effectively with building occupiers to minimise inconvenience during maintenance.
10. Carry out other duties as required or delegated by the Management Team or Operational Manager.
Requirements:
* Own vehicle is essential to the role.

Pay: £27,352.00-£29,813.00 per year
