Vehicle Sales Administrator £27,000 Basic salary plus Bonus £2000 Brownhills Monday to Friday (40 hrs) We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor / Vehicle sales Administrator to join our clients award-winning dealership in Burtnwood. You will be responsible for a range of administration duties from warranty paperwork to vehicle administration and order processing, as well and maintaining sales stock lists and assisting with vehicles for sale. Duties will include: Generating Sales & Purchase invoices Scanning documents Compliance auditing Telephone answering Preparing work orders for our Service Department Administering warranty documents to the Manufacturers requirements Creating new customer accounts on the Dealer Management system Registering new vehicles & taxing previously owned vehicles Placing stationery orders for the Company Producing customer handover forms for delivery Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability, Be part of the reason our customers keep on coming back Required knowledge: Previous experience in the Motor Trade is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using Drive/Kerridge/Keyloop and an electric filing system is preferred. Strong computer skills Candidates will be well organised and accurate with the ability to work to deadlines Competency in numeracy and literacy Keen eye for detail Excellent communication and telephone skills Team player
