Individual Contributor Sales Leader – Medical Devices/Med Tech/Medical Equipment Manufacturer / High-tech /Life sciences .
Technology Focus Areas: Engineering Services (Product Engineering) / Engineering Design / High End design consulting / Digital Design & Solutions
Location: UK/Germany
Qualifications:
* BE/MBA with at least the last 12 to 15 years selling ‘Engineering services’ in Medical Devices to Fortune 500 customers
* Should have handled a portfolio of accounts and above and has experience in delivering services
* Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and managing the growth of existing clients with strong negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
* Driving end-to-end business development pursuit as an individual contributor.
* Account mining, supersizing for existing accounts, and new logo creations (both farming and hunting roles)
* Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, and R&D stakeholders
* Identifying prospects, and qualifying for new opportunities.
