Job Description
This role is a Professional (PT) Grade
Your role as a Digital Data Analyst
10. Establish, update, and optimize specific reporting solutions across various digital touchpoints, encompassing websites, apps, social platforms, CRM, and more, to generate an omnichannel perspective.
11. Utilise reports and visualizations for effective communication of findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and relevant departments.
12. Utilise a range of platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, SQL etc) to combine data in order to tell the story and generate actionable insight to business challenges
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategies for optimising digital channels.
14. Infuse a customer-centric focus into reporting and analysis to enhance customer experience and foster a customer-first approach across all digital channels
15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics
What you’ll bring…
16. Experience working as a Digital/ Web Analyst (ideally experience in Digital/ Web analytics or Customer reporting)
17. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
18. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
19. Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably), GTM, Big Query, SQL, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and other similar tools
20. Knowledge of digital analytics, AB testing, and industry trends.
21. Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or similar
22. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
