Job Summary
As the Marketing Coordinator for Shadow Foam, you will be diving into the action to grow the business not just in the UK, but into the EU, US and worldwide. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing strategies with the assistance of strategic freelancers and the in-house team to deliver tangible results that translate into revenue. We don’t always do things the traditional way here, so an individual with out-of-the-box thinking, and a desire to test, innovate and develop new strategies is the perfect match to head Shadow Foam’s marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to engage our target audience and achieve our business objectives effectively.
This is an in-person, hybrid-working role; we will not be accepting applications for remote work.

* PPC Campaign Management
* Facebook Ads creation, optimisation and management
* Conduct market research
* Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
* Recommending new avenues for revenue growth
* Freelancer management
Skills & Qualifications
* A qualification in marketing (or similar) is desirable, but not essential
* Professional experience (3+ years) in marketing or related fields
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to create and meet targets
* Ability to appraise the customer journey through analytic tools and make recommendations and execute actions based on your findings
* Demonstrable knowledge of marketing theory in a practical setting
* Understanding of best practices for digital marketing and compliance in the digital world
* Skills to identify under-developed areas of the marketing strategy and implement change, or find strategic freelancers to plug gaps
* Self-motivation and the ability to create and execute tasks independently
