Nursery Nurse
Our Client is looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Qualified Teacher for their quality purpose-built Nursery based near Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The Nursery is a truly caring and special place, cherished by the many families and colleagues connected to it. The successful candidate must be passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to give young children the best early years education and care needed for their development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care.
2. Plan and provide effective teaching and learning.
3. Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children.
4. Setting up and decontamination of instruments.
5. Communicate with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children.
6. Make accurate and effective assessments of the children during the stages of development.
7. Lead a team and work with qualified and experienced practitioners to maintain high standards.
8. Engage with children in play, embracing fun and learning in various situations, whether in the rain, mud, or on trips in the local community.
