About the Role
Candidates are sought for a Service Demand Planning Associate position at CK Group's client in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. This temporary contract opportunity allows for hybrid working arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:
* To effectively utilise digital tools in monitoring service activity demands and supplies, as well as identifying exceptions and imbalances.
* Maintain regular communication with customers regarding any changes to their cases, ensuring project success through proactive updates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supply chain discrepancies that may arise from established plans.
* Contribute to weekly demand-supply balancing meetings, providing critical insights to support informed decision-making.
* Evaluate and optimise system data quality for maximum process efficiency.
Requirements:
* A minimum educational qualification of A-levels or equivalent.
* Prior experience within the field of demand planning is essential.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in operating enterprise information systems such as SAP, ERP, and CRM.
* Background in a technology-driven environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Package Details:
The hourly rate for this position ranges between £15.00-£17.00 for PAYE workers or £19.89-£22.55 for those operating under an umbrella arrangement.
