I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a Client in Bilborough. You will work within a small customer team whop support customers after sales of hot tubs. You will provide customers with a diagnosis / self repair service to in order to resolve their enquiry thereby avoiding the need for organising a call from an engineer. Where the fault cannot be resolved over the telephone arrange for an engineer to visit. You will also assist the sales team in arranging delivery of hot tubs including liaising with the customer to ensure their premises are ready to receive the hot tub. Key responsibilities · Working as part of a small team you will act as first point of contact for all existing customers providing solutions to their reported problems. · Organise a fitter to visit customer's premises if the issue cannot be resolved over the 'phone. · Able to build rapport and trust with customers and able to advise to their needs. · Able to work as part of a small and close knit team and demonstrate a willingness to learn. · Develop plans to outline how customer service targets will be achieved on an ongoing basis. · Develop a high level of product knowledge and ensure it is kept up to date. · You will be able to troubleshoot any delivery problems and keep customers advised of any delays with their order. · A credible and trusted source of product information and able to effectively answer customers questions and concerns. · Develop a thorough knowledge of lead times and advise customers of confirmed delivery time. · Working within a very busy environment you will effectively manage workload and own time. · Some outbound calling ay also be required to gain online reviews and sell servicing of hot tubs · Any other duties as directed by the company applicable to your skills and experience. Skills and Experience · Excellent computer skills and able to interrogate specialist software including Sales force and bespoke packages, training will be provided. · Confident and persuasive verbal communication skills able to positively influence customers. · Experienced in dealing with queries and able to demonstrate proven problem solving skills. · Strong communications skills able to able to build rapport and trust with customers. · Experienced using Microsoft Office suite of products · Able to work on own initiative whilst working within a team environment. · Able to work under pressure with very demanding timescales. · Accurate with a strong attention to detail. This is an office based role, working hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm
