About this role
The post-holder will support the strategic and operational delivery of marketing campaigns that supports the overall objective of increasing postgraduate and international student recruitment, through targeted, well timed and effective marketing communications and events.
Campaigns would include emails and SMS to applicants and enquiries, direct mail pieces, advertising, print and digital publications. The role holder would also work with the rest of campaigns team and design team to pull together the undergraduate and postgraduate prospectuses, which would include copywriting, sourcing images, quotes and content.
You will support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in providing data insights to inform acquisition, conversion and enrolment to stakeholders across the university.
About you
The University of Chichester is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator with a passion for digital delivery and data with an understanding of corporate CRM systems. You will have knowledge and strong expertise in marketing campaigns, in particular email and SMS marketing, understanding workflows, customer journeys and conversion.
We are looking for someone with strategic vision to continuously improve user journeys and experience through communications and survey analysis.
You should have a strong eye for detail and a user-first approach to design and navigation, utilising data to improve processes but also reporting findings from surveys and reports.
