Our growing client is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our busy New Homes sales team based in East Horsley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading agent and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the company.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing property transactions, and helping buyers find their ideal homes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage in selling new homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
2. Register the details and requirements of potential buyers and clients.
3. Manage client files, electronic data, and emails, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
4. Provide feedback to property owners after viewings, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process.
5. Handle inquiries and queries from property owners, both verbally and in written form.
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the local property market to assist buyers and owners effectively.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Negotiator.
2. Proven track record of success in property sales.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with clients and helping them find their ideal home.
4. Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and contribute to team success.
5. A full driving license is required for this role.
