Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Teacher to join one of our exciting and reputable client schools in Gorton to support with their general cover requirements caused by short-term absences. ECTs will be considered for this role as well as experienced teacher of any subject specialism. Key Responsibilities: Throughout this role, you will have no planning or marking responsibilities, you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons to students to ensure that disruption caused by the absence of their regular teacher is minimal. Behaviour management will be essential to this position to ensure that you are able to effectively maintain a productive and safe classroom environment. It is essential that you report any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Requirements: It is essential that you are a Fully Qualified Teacher with UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You must be confident within your behaviour management. You will be required to undergo a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you are a suitable candidate. It is essential that you are willing to provide a minimum of two employment-based references.
