Blackbird Bakery Limited started in 2003 on a market stall in East Dulwich. We are passionate about traditional and handcrafted products, and have grown our family, products, and business steadily. We now operate 10 shops across South London as well as 2 market stalls, including our original East Dulwich pitch. Our ethos of using only natural ingredients, traditional methods, and baking exceptional bread has allowed us to flourish. In addition to bread, we also make cakes, pastries, preserves, cereals, and even dog biscuits. Our cafes offer simple food made on our freshly baked breads, complemented by locally roasted coffee, in relaxed surroundings.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager at Blackbird Bakery Limited, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing store staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Duties include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring the quality and presentation of products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment. The Shop Manager will also handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering a positive atmosphere in the shop.

* Leadership and team management abilities
* Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus
