Key Responsibilities
Operate and load production assets, including CNC 3-axis, 4-axis machines, conveyor lines, hoists, and airlines.
Provide engineering support for production changes, configurations, and setups.
Conduct in-process visual inspections and attribute pass/fail gauging.
Record and report shift performance in line with OEE data and timesheets.
Perform daily Total Preventive Maintenance and Asset Care checks as per BMS requirements.
Ensure compliance with route card discipline, HSE requirements, and report incidents to supervision.
Train production employees in line with internal training programmes.
Collaborate with support functions and shift leaders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
