Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:
* Subcontractor procurement / management
* Valuations and payments
* CVRs
* Monthly reporting upline
* Settling final accounts
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:
* Minimum 10 years QS experience
* No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
* Industrial & Logistics project experience - DESIRABLE
* Degree educated or similar
* Excellent IT / reporting skills
