Technical Services Manager
We are working with a privately owned construction business with a turnover over £100m who are in current need of a Technical Services Manager to join the business. The type of work the business takes on is cut and carve, CAT A/B and refurb schemes, all consisting of values around £5m to £35m in value.
About the role of a Technical Services Manager
The role will involve the chosen candidate to be involved in all stages of the 'cradle to grave' process. Pre-construction experience is ideal and will need to have the confidence and organisation of organising their own week. It will be working on two specific projects in Central London consisting of fit out, refurb, and cut and carve schemes. Good technical experience is needed, someone that understands process and be very good face to face in client meetings.
Responsibilities for a Technical Services Manager
Oversee quality assurance and quality control
Manage client liaison and reporting
Identify project risks
To take full responsibility from Tender to Completion of a construction projects in varying value
Ensure timely delivery of services according to project scope and programme
