Job: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Sector: Commercial Surveys only
Location: Hybrid, South East England
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 salary, company car, pension, paid overtime (when required)

They're looking for dedicated Asbestos Consultants who wish to be a part of the whole asbestos process from surveying and analytic to client building and aftercare.
You will be given your own client portfolio who you will work very closely with and offer valued advice to them for their asbestos management duties, including delivering on site training. You will be more then just a surveyor, you will become a vital component of your designated clients asbestos management duties.
Job descriptions and benefits:
Conduct asbestos surveys and analytic work on commercial buildings + air testing
Provide expert advice to clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry best practices related to asbestos management
Prepare reports and plans in standard formats, documenting your work clearly and effectively
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with valued clients
Manage your time effectively to meet monthly quality requirements and deadlines
33 days including public holidays

Mental Health, Financial SupportRequirements:
A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience within a UKAS accredited organisation
P402, P403, and P404 modules (or equivalent), or a willingness to train in P403 and P404 if you possess P402
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a sharp eye for detail
A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
