Our client is looking for a part time administrator to join their expanding team. The hours are working 9am til 2pm Monday to Friday and paying £12.21 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, timely, and effective manner. Provide a first-class customer experience when providing information to help customers make informed decisions. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately using Sage 50. Ensure accurate order entry and timely dispatch of products. Coordinate with logistics couriers and production teams to track order status and resolve any issues Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or order processing Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 50. Experience with CRM software (e.g.,OpenCRM).
