The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Mechatronics Maintenance to join the Engineering and Babcock Academy.

* Delivering:.Teaching in Engineering is a very target driven environment. Please show how you are able to Deliver outcomes to tight schedules
* Creating: Part of the Lecturer role will be creating new and innovative lessons. Please show how you have been creative and innovative in a previous role.
* Adapting: Teaching is an ever changing environment, where you will need to be ready to change to any scenario that may come up. Please show how you have adapted to a changing environment.
* Encouraging: When teaching you are always required to encourage your students, the need to remain positive and to be a role model to students is the most important trait to display. Please show how you are an encouraging and positive person.
