Job summary:

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers first time, every time using all skills & knowledge in order resolve queries effectively. Engaging with all customers to draw their attention to other suitable products available that could improve their customer experience and create a sales opportunity where appropriate. You will deal with a variety of different customer call types as required to suit the business & customer needs. You will have ownership of your customer’s experience and will, as appropriate, feedback to improve the journey in a positive & ethical way in line with our processes, value & behaviours.

Right now, we’re recruiting Customer Sales Advisors — a role that offers a great work-life balance, with some excellent employee benefits.
What will you be doing?
* You’ll be calling our customers to check their appliances are covered
* Using your wit, charm and best sales patter to upsell our products
* Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
* Helping each customer find the protection package for them
* 25 Hour per week shift so you will finish at 2:30pm everyday!
Salary?
A competitive pro-rated salary plus OTE 4,800 per annum.
Don’t worry, we’re not about throwing you in at the deep end. We’ll help you find your feet with a two-week training programme.
You’ll learn our systems, meet your colleagues, hone your sales technique, and love talking to our amazing customers.

* You’ll be calm, cool, and relaxed; able to juggle tasks while working quickly.

* We've just opened a brand new office right next to the Nottingham train station. You'll enjoy a state of the art working environment where you can collaborate with colleagues and receive hands on support.
* If you live a commutable distance to new office, you can come in as much as you'd like to!
* This is a remote role. You’ll just need to have broadband access and a space to work at home.
* You’ll work shifts between 9.30am-2.30pm Mon-Fri Then you’re free to let your hair down for the weekend.
