An alternative provision is looking for an experienced behaviour mentor to join their support staff. This school is seeking staff to support key stage 2 and 3 students who have social, emotional, mental health, and behaviour associated needs. The school has a key focus on sport, and therefore individuals with a sporting background will be desirable. As this is a relatively small school, they are keen to employ someone who can slot straight into their tight-knit team. Therefore, personality, motivation, and additional skills are important.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with special educational needs as a teacher or carer
* A passion for working within education
* A proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
To Be Eligible For This Role You Must:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last 2 years
