Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
* Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management within the joinery fit out industry or similar.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in project management software.
