As we continue to grow, we are seeking an outstanding Regional Operations Manager to lead our regulated care services and drive operational success.

You will hold CQC registration for the Live-in Care (LIC) service within your region while managing Visiting Care (VC) services, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence. ✅ Leading & Inspiring – Motivate and develop high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional care delivery.
✅ Operational Excellence – Oversee care operations, manage resources effectively, and drive efficiency.
✅ Client-Centric Focus – Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and rapid resolution of concerns.
✅ Strategic Growth – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to expand our services and market presence.
✅ Regulatory & Compliance Leadership – Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining high service standards.

✔ Proven leadership experience in health & social care, homecare, or regulated care management.
✔ Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of operational success and business growth.
✔ Expertise in CQC regulations and best practices in care service delivery.
✔ Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging at Exec/Board level.
