Join a leading global media company as a Business Intelligence Manager with a focus on eCommerce analytics. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the BI strategy, considering areas like affiliate marketing, Amazon, content, and voucher codes across eCommerce. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across various teams, driving the BI roadmap and developing data-driven strategies that shape key business outcomes. You’ll lead a team of analysts and be directly involved in managing data pipelines, reporting, and data visualization. As a hands-on manager who is working with your team but also delaing with the technical side, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering reports, migrating to GCP, and ensuring data is accessible and actionable. What experience you’ll need to apply: Proven experience in a BI Manager or similar lead role, with hands-on expertise Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling Strong experience in eCommerce analytics, digital advertising, or commercial sales, ideally within a media, publishing, or marketing environment Expertise with Google Analytics, Affiliate Networks, and first-party sales data (Amazon, branded content, etc.) Proficiency in BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Line management experience, or mentoring and coaching experience Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus Knowledge of on-platform advertising, affiliate marketing, and digital media is highly desirable You’ll be required to do three days in the office and can work remotely two days a week, but would need to be within a commutable distance from Bath What you’ll get in return This role would be looking at a salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.
