An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Wallingford as an Office Administrator on a 6-month, fixed term contract. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for: Managing and maintaining sales reports. Supporting the marketing team with website updates. Ensuring all documents are accurate. Assist in organising events. Processing expenses and mileage claims. Coordinate IT, phone and office supplies. Providing front desk support when required. The successful Office Administrator will have the following related skills / experience: Strong administration experience. Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
