Responsibilities
The IT Field Service Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a regional team of Field Engineers, located in the South East/South coast of England. Providing support and ensuring adherence to company processes, procedures, and contractual obligations while maintaining a high level of customer service. The Team Leader for Field Services Engineering will also be required to diagnose and repair technical issues on a variety of IT equipment and provide hardware and software support on projects and installations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Experience of managing teams in an IT external Delivery Framework with the ability to lead and direct others.
2. Experience working in Data centre environments on server, storage, and network equipment.
3. Hold relevant and current vendor certifications such as (but not limited to) Dell, Lenovo, IBM & HP in server and DC hardware, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers.
4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practices.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
