About the Role:
As a PCO at our base, you’ll work as part of a crew to provide safe and secure court transportation & custody services. You’ll collect detainees from prisons or police stations and transport them safely to courts while ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing.

Key duties include accompanying defendants in court rooms and cells; searching property or people; ensuring food and drink is available; and completing paperwork and data entry.
What you need to do the job!
Our current PCOs come with varied work & life experiences; what matters is your commitment to making a difference. You will learn the rest during your 5 ½-week training course and from experienced colleagues.
Requirements include holding a current driver's license, B1 or C1 License (C1 with a valid CPC card desirable), being reasonably fit, and having good written and verbal communication skills to manage and control all situations. Our roles suit those with an interest in criminology or psychology.
