If you are then we have an opportunity for you Working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you are expected to deliver engaging lessons that have been prepared for you leaving you more freedom to build relationships with SEND students. You will also need to provide a variety of educational approaches, tailored to individual students depending on their specific needs. We aim to match your specialised HLTA skillset and teaching/supporting style with our amazing partner schools. SEND HLTA Responsibilities: Good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. Have experience of delivering quality learning experiences for pupils. Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour. Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND. The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students. SEND HLTA Requirements: Level 4 or above HLTA certificate. UK experience as a HLTA. An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS. SEND experience. Why Trust Education?
