Job summary A fantastic opening has become available for a Ward Sister Band 6, to work at the Bevan Intermediate Care Unit at Salford Royal Hospital. This is an opportunity for an experienced registered nurse ready for the next step, with drive and ambition to help develop the service offered here on the unit. You will support the unit managers to ensure high standards of care are delivered and to work towards achieving SCAPE status and lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice. You will plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members and contribute to the development of services and contribute to quality improvement You will monitor and maintain health, safety and security of self and others in own work area and maintain and support the efficient use of physical and /or financial resources.
