Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Daventry branch to develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract the best talent.
2. Adequately source and select applicants, matching them to available roles and potential future talent pipeline.
3. Work to KPIs and understand your sales pipeline.
4. Produce, implement, and execute basic sales plans.
5. Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions, and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations.
6. Continually increase productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels while working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
7. Conduct regular weekly client visits; therefore, ideally, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
8. Engage in Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face-to-face visits.
9. Maintain best practice administration and record keeping.
