We are looking for a Site Administration Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you'll do:
1. Provide administrative support to Project teams and sites.
2. Manage admin team, resourcing, training & performance development.
3. Control of Project assets belonging to Skanska.
4. Be responsible for site accounting and site document filing systems, including passing invoices and ordering all consumables & small plant required.
5. Oversee timesheet processing.
6. Implement & ensure site compliance with company documentation procedures (including archiving).
7. Demonstrate commitment to the requirements of the Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.
8. Adopt additional roles as required to support the implementation of SMS, EMS & QMS (e.g. First Aid provision, Emergency Co-ordinator, Environmental Co-ordinator).
9. Arrange and maintain IT services.
10. Recruit and supervise all administrative staff.
11. Approve suppliers’ invoices for payment and raise invoice queries directly with suppliers.
12. Input into Project Site Set Up Information (e.g. Posters/ notice boards/statutory notices).
13. Manage Project and Site asset registers for IT, Phones, Site vans, and associated Fuel Cards.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Administration functions to be completed effectively and on time.
2. Office Stores & Welfare to be run efficiently and economically.
3. Supplier payments / invoice queries to be processed on time.
4. Achieve objectives as detailed in PDR.
5. Support the timely resolution of IT hardware issues.
6. Supervising responsibility for Project Co-Ordinator's.
