The Royal Court Hotel has an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as a range of facilities for a variety of events including conferences, meetings, exhibitions and a leisure club.
Due to continued expansion and high business demand, we are seeking an experienced Full-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. You will be required to:
1. Proactively maximise accommodation, conference, and banqueting sales.
2. Understand and embrace the hotel's values and ensure customer satisfaction.
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and fostering business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel. You will also develop strategic action plans for the hotel to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue, with a focus on conference and banqueting business.
