We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a local authority-maintained Nursery School in Wolverhampton. This Ofsted 'Outstanding' school is dedicated to providing high-quality early education in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Supporting the teacher in delivering fun and engaging lessons
✨ Working with small groups and individual children to support their learning
✨ Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive
✨ Observing and assessing children’s progress to help them reach their potential
✨ Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s development
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
✔ Up-to-date Safeguarding training
✔ Experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting
✔ A positive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children’s development
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential):
First Aid certification
Additional SEN training or experience
