Key Responsibilities: Conduct property surveys and produce detailed reports with recommendations and costings. Manage and monitor repair and maintenance budgets. Ensure projects are compliant with relevant building regulations and standards. Provide expert advice on building design, maintenance, and compliance. Contribute to asset management systems and ensure accurate data entry. Be part of an out-of-hours emergency call-out service for urgent property needs. What We’re Looking For: Essential: A University degree in Building Engineering/Surveying and full membership of a professional organisation (e.g., RICS). Experience: Proven experience in managing building works, including new builds, repairs, and refurbishments. Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to work with asset management software, and sound knowledge of building regulations and health & safety. Desirable: Master’s degree or further qualifications in construction management, as well as experience with CDM 2015 regulations. Ready to make an impact?
