Are you passionate about developing the future of Occupational Therapy? We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic OT professional to join the Therapy Management Team at Kings Mill Hospital.
In this leadership role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the OT workforce by:
✅ Collaborating with universities and coordinating student placements
✅ Supporting and mentoring newly qualified OTs
✅ Driving innovation and service development across the OT department.
You'll have the opportunity to design and deliver high-quality training programs that enhance clinical effectiveness, foster a culture of learning, and elevate patient care standards.
Additionally, you will:
Oversee the Band 5 rotation, ensuring diverse learning experiences across specialties
Guide newly qualified OTs through their preceptorship period
Act as the Practice Placement Coordinator, supporting senior OTs in supervising students
