Join Our Team: Fun and Upbeat Primary School Teaching Assistant/ Higher Level Teaching Assistant Wanted!

We are looking to appoint a new Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and experienced staff team. The role is to work both in class alongside the class teacher and during our OPAL lunchtimes. For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to work as an HLTA (KR6).
The position is to start as soon as possible:
Full time: 38 weeks a year - term time only, 8.30 - 3.30 daily, 32.5 hours a week.

Requirements:
1. Experience of working with primary age children.
2. Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for educating young children.
3. High expectations of achievement and behaviour.
4. High level of communication skills.
5. Reasonable English, Maths, and computing skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Encourage a love for learning and exploration.
2. Duty during our break and OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) lunchtimes.
3. Ideally previous experience working in a primary school setting (but not essential).
4. Proficiency in engaging and interacting with children.
5. Energetic and positive outlook on education.
