Product Sales Operations Coordinator - Monday to Friday - Castle Donington Speedy are the UKs leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services everything for every job An opportunity has arisen for a Product Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team.In this role you will support the Product Sales Operations manager to implement, monitor & develop all key functions related to product sales across the Speedy group. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving sales within the business area.You will work closely with key business partners including the Depot / Area Managers, supply chain and category team Key Responsibilities Assist in the management of all stocked sales items for the business (To include CORE replenishment, welding, rail & customer specific profiles) Assist and support on the Management of the Castle Donington warehouse operation Operational management of all system processes relating to replenished sales products. To include product set up, purchase & sales costs, stock levels & all other set up processes related to the D365 system. Support the Ops manager in Management and review of all new & obsolete sales products To include decision making in relation to product write off & new item introductions Support on of full business counting schedule (Including Lloyds British & Ireland) Ensure depot and network depots are stocked and basic data is managed correctly Support the Product Sales Ops manager in ensuring products have correct and accurate data to enable depots to sell Governance of customer specific stocked profiles, to include implementation plans (Collaboration with Supply chain for a consolidated supplier range) Essential Able to understand and interpret large volumes of data.
