What You’ll Do Proactively Call & Follow Up – You’ll be dialling daily to connect with leads, nurture relationships, and book appointments. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Experience – 3 years in a consultative sales role, ideally in marketing, media, or related industries. Phone Sales Expertise – Comfortable making 50 dials per day, setting appointments, and following up consistently. Strong Closer – You’re confident in handling objections and know how to lead a prospect to a decision. Excellent Communicator – You can explain complex solutions in a way that makes sense and drives action. Results-Driven & Self-Motivated – You push yourself to exceed goals and maximize earnings. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software, video calls, and digital sales tools. What We Offer: A generous base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and on OTE opportunity to make £80-100k per annum.
