* Identifying Workforce Gaps and Solutions: Walking into teams to assess potential gaps, identifying future workforce challenges, and implementing strategic solutions that align with our long-term goals.
* Building Future-Ready Capability: Refining and reinforcing our SWP approach, so that Southern Water can confidently continue to assess and adjust workforce capabilities in the years ahead.
You’ll be integral to making workforce planning an embedded, sustainable function within Southern Water. As part of this, you’ll work closely with our Talent Specialist, bringing a shared vision for developing a workforce that meets the demands of an evolving water industry. * Excellent Relationship-Building Skills: Confidence in engaging with senior leaders, facilitating discussions, and navigating challenging conversations.
* Practical Approach to Execution: A results-oriented, hands-on approach to delivering workforce planning initiatives.
* Workday or Similar HCM/HRIS System Experience: Familiarity with Workday or a comparable HRIS system is desirable, enabling you to leverage technology for talent management.
