Domestic Gas Engineer / ASHP Engineer
Domestic Gas Engineer / ASHP Engineer required for our client, a mechanical building services provider, who operate throughout the Hampshire area (and some surrounding areas). They are currently seeking a domestic gas engineer with some ASHP experience to carry out servicing and repair work on a range of plumbing and heating equipment, on new build properties.
Domestic Gas Engineer Position Remuneration
1. Salary: £38,000 to £40,000
2. Van and fuel card
3. Working hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
4. Travel is allocated within the working hours, so engineers will often finish on site by 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
The Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumbing and Heating Engineer will have proven experience carrying out servicing and repair work within domestic housing, as well as some experience working on ASHPs / air source heat pumps. The Gas Engineer MUST hold their ACS domestic gas qualifications, including their CCN1 and CENWAT / CEN1.
The domestic gas engineer would be working across the designated area, generally within an hour or 2 maximum of the Fareham area (all travel will be allocated within the engineers working day so engineers will rarely be working on site past 3:30pm). The Gas Engineer will be carrying out a range of work from servicing and repairing boilers to general plumbing work such as changing taps and fixing burst pipes. The Gas Engineer would also need some experience carrying out servicing on ASHPs.

3. Unvented qualification
4. Experience carrying out general plumbing works
5. Experience carrying out servicing work on air source heat pumps
6. Based within commutable distance of Fareham
7. Full UK driving license
