The Role:
We ae seeking an Enquiry Centre Officer to ensure the effective provision of the Enquiries Centre function, facilitating the efficient and effective response to queries from a broad array of customers, including applicants and students.
The role entails supporting the delivery of an enquiries service of exceptional quality, centred around continuous enhancement and prioritising stakeholder satisfaction. The post holder will contribute to the timely and efficient provision of services while maintaining standardised processes and practices in accordance with operational needs.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract to 6 February 2026.
