We are looking for a SENCO Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Duties as a SENCO Teacher:
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school, ensuring that pupils with additional needs are supported to reach their full potential
* Work closely with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans for SEND pupils
* Support teachers in adopting inclusive teaching practices and adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs
* Oversee and manage the Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring regular reviews and monitoring of pupil progress
* Liaise with external agencies to provide additional support for pupils and their families
* Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff on SEND best practices
