We are seeking an inspiring Global Product Group Leader – Power Consulting to provide strategic direction, leadership, and coordination across our consulting units globally. This role will oversee a global team of people operating in multiple countries and ensure alignment with our standards of safety, integrity, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction, operational guidance, and oversight of consulting functions globally, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
* Customer Engagement: Build senior-level relationships with key clients, develop innovative solutions, and lead sales activities to secure major consulting assignments.
* Contract Oversight: Manage and monitor contracts across business unit, addressing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans, aligning resources and competencies to drive business growth.
* Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to enhance business performance.
* Knowledge Sharing: Foster best practices and maintain relationships with external organizations to enhance expertise and reputation.
