Role Overview
We're currently looking for a Senior Customer Services Representative to join our Richmond head office.
You will provide inbound contact support for the business, helping to resolve inquiries and generate leads. You will apply sales techniques to secure appointments for our negotiators. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in enabling Savills to maintain its consistently high levels of customer service, a key differentiator for which we are exceptionally proud.
This role includes working Monday - Saturday on a five-day rota.
