About Us
Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Social Media Community Manager to work with a growing cosmetic company where you will have the opportunity to work across several brands.
For this role you will need at least 12 months Social Media experience ideally having had experience of managing different social steams across different platforms. You will have worked in a customer service capacity responding to messages, questions and enquiries on social platforms.

About the Social Media Community Manager role
* Engage with the brand’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions across all social channels in a timely and professional manner.
* Lead the development and execution of community management strategies across multiple social channels and brands.
* Drive influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all social platforms.
* Collaborate with the team to actively monitor social media channels, responding quickly and effectively to comments and inquiries.
* Act as a key feedback channel, providing insights to help shape and refine content development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to boost brand presence.
* Engage with stakeholders and team members across the organisation to encourage meaningful interactions.
* Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Social Producers to plan and implement content and activation schedules.
* Partner with Brand Marketing, Design, and Content teams to enhance community engagement during campaigns.
* Occasionally create content to support various initiatives, though this is not a primary aspect of the role.
Experience required for the Social Media Community Manager role
* 12 months + experience in social media management, preferably in a D2C environment.
* Significant experience managing social media accounts for a major company, brand, or publisher.
* Proven expertise in building and nurturing online communities.
* Demonstrable experience in collaborating with influencers.
* Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
* Adaptability to thrive in a busy environment.
* Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in creating both static and video assets for social media.
