All that’s missing is you The role and its responsibilities: The exact role definition will be dependent on the desire, capability and experiences of the right person. Key responsibilities are likely to include: You will play a key part in supporting business growth through partnership development and collaboration. Expanding and managing existing partnership relationships, whilst developing new commercial opportunities. Working with existing teams to develop the ideal client offer to secure retained, commercial and marketing opportunities. In collaboration with teams, build strategy and go-to-market plans to secure multi-year strategic partnerships. Promote partnership model and communicate value through public advocacy and identify new relationships that can further a Seismic shift. Act as the voice of our partners internally, advocating their needs and priorities. Approximately 10% of the role will focus on direct client delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timely project execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Identifying and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market reach through innovative collaboration opportunities About you You believe that humanity and businesses need to make a seismic shift in the right direction and want to apply your consulting and analytical capabilities to help make that happen. At the same time you want to work in a friendly, collaborative and empathetic team who are delivering impactful projects for high-profile clients. To be successful in this role you would need the following attributes: Passion for sustainability and experience in working in and around the subject of corporate sustainability Proven experience in a Partnership role and stakeholder management - demonstration of collaborative, creative and commercial relationship expertise Hungry for learning and growth within your role, through your touch points throughout the Seismic team, and in collaboration with our partners Entrepreneurial with strong commercial skills - can see and paint the big picture, get it down on paper incorporating strategic and tactical offer elements, knowing what works and what doesn’t within partnerships Project management experience - experience leading and/or contributing across service lines and projects through to delivery Experience in programme delivery in a professional services / consultancy environment preferred Importantly, you love client work and also working with teammates to iterate products and services. You are a team player - you like a laugh, but are not afraid to graft. You are a student of sustainability, have plenty to offer, and know you have even more to learn. You are action oriented, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy juggling multiple projects and priorities and enjoy just the right amount of time pressure to help keep productive and focused. You are a ‘people person’ with a knack for building relationships with a diverse group of people. Location Ideally you will be within commuting distance of our London office, able to attend Partner meetings and conferences. Working hours We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients.
