Team Leader Case Management (Low Rise Block Management Service)

Salary: £44, - £52,
Hours: 36 per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced people manager to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low-rise Block management team.
The successful applicant will lead, motivate and develop a small team of Case Officers and Tenant liaison officers who deliver customer centred engagement to support the delivery of building improvements in mixed tenure blocks from inception to completion of projects. The successful candidate will join a new and developing team who have a positive team culture and support each other.
We are looking for candidates who can use their initiative, be innovative in their approach and have a desire to assist and support private owners and council tenants during works being carried out in and around their homes. The successful candidate will have knowledge and an understanding of tenement legislation, housing, property and construction services. You should be confident in supporting a busy team and have strong communication skills with experience of engagement with private owners and tenants, including at face to face meetings, in contracts of various values and complexity. You must be willing to attend occasional evening meetings with residents.
