The role of a Welcome and Service Assistant Manager with the National Trust is to uphold the highest of standards in the service we give to visitors. If you’re a natural motivator, who likes to lead by example to make sure every single person feels welcome and has their best day possible, then this could be the job for you. You'll be part of the Duty Manager team which involves taking on some key holder responsibilities and being a trained first aider. You'll be working based around a rota which will require some Bank Holiday and weekend working. Please note the interviews for this position will take place on Friday 11th April 2025. What it's like to work here Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be line managing a small group of volunteers and assisting supervising the Welcome and Service team. You want them to have the best experience of visiting Hidcote. You'll be operational in our Visitor Reception supervising a team of Welcome and Service Assistants, you'll also be responsible for managing a team of Volunteers who assist with welcoming our visitors and also ensure all compliance checks are up to date.
