The governors of this very happy, popular and successful school wish to appoint a dedicated, hardworking professional to join the team. This is a school with an excellent reputation in the community it serves and we are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated SENCo who is committed to making a significant contribution to bringing learning to life for all of the children.
Applications are invited from charismatic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified teachers/SENCos for this exciting and rewarding post.

• An outstanding SENCo, who shares the vision for Walford Nursery & Primary School and is committed to nurture and inclusion.
• A competent teacher who is willing to take an active role in the running of the school in terms of SEND.
• A suitably qualified teacher, confident to provide professional guidance in the area of SEND to all stakeholders in order to secure high quality provision for children with SEND.
• An outstanding communicator with an excellent understanding of Primary provision.
• An inspirational teacher who is committed to providing high quality learning and experiences for all children, but who will champion the voices and needs of pupils with SEND within the school community.
• A teacher who appreciates the importance of an ambitious and creative curriculum that develops and nurtures the whole child and teaches them to be local and global citizens.
• An ambitious teacher who is committed to the professional development of themselves and others.
• Someone who comes with ideas on how to improve our processes and embed our culture of inclusion across the school at every level.
• Committed to making a difference across the school community through motivating and inspiring children.
• The NASENCo Award is desirable, however, training will be provided.
